As featured in the Summer 2010 issue of NOVADog Magazine, the John H. Downs Memorial Park in Pasadena, MD offers visitors an off-leash dog beach area. Though humans are not permitted in the water at the dog beach area, friendly, healthy, and vaccinated dogs have plenty of room to run, play, and swim. Please visit the Downs Park website for park location, hours, rules, and volunteer opportunities.
